The Yo-yo project puts into practice the knowledge gained in design, materials handling, pneumatics, CNC, plastics technology and quality control. Students will be asked to design and manufacture a yo-yo to be used in an experiment comparing the effects of gravity and zero-gravity on kinetic and potential energy.
